UPS loses Xbox 360

It seems that an owner of the Xbox 360 had sent his system to Microsoft to be repaired but UPS seems to have lost his system.

When the owner called UPS and asked where his system was, they told him that it was delivered. When he claimed that it was not delivered they told him to call Microsoft.

Microsoft said that the claim was not valid as somebody had signed that it was delivered…

UPS would not do anything till the Chicago Sun Times, “Fixer” called UPS to verify what happened.

UPS is sending the owner $300 for the lost system.

Now, $300? I don’t know if the cost of the Xbox 360 has gone down that much but that price seems low for UPS to give the owner for a lost system.
